DETAILS: The Daniel house will give you hours of relaxation and fun. Located in Ocean Park this laid back fun 7 bedroom 6 bath beach house is within walking distance to the beach. It features wonderful decks and screened and open porches TVs Internet book/video library elevator gas log fireplace garage gas grill outside shower. This house is dog-friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $350 and you must inform the rental office if you are bringing your pet! Please adhere to the no-smoking policy set forth by the owner.

For a fee, most homes and villas offer onsite private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options to DeBordieu Rentals guests. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination, it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second home owners. MAXIMUM VEHICLES:  The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.


CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Social Membership. In order to access the benefits of this membership, it is necessary to purchase a temporary club membership. This will give you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club and dining.  A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day plus a $20 activation fee. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees.
