The main floor offers an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar with a refrigerator, ice maker, Keurig and drip coffee makers. Across from the main area is a separate 1-bedroom suite with a queen bed, full bath (step-in shower), living area with a sleeper sofa, and wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker. Additionally, for your convenience, the newly added covered creek dock with a floating platform is perfect for fishing and crabbing. Rooftop deck with breathtaking panoramic views, shaded ground-level area perfect for lounging, or enjoy the sun right on the beach! Convenient for remote work with plenty of quiet spaces. This lovely 5-bedroom home is also available to rent many other ways; during most of the spring, fall and winter, you can rent the home as a one-bedroom suite or a two bedroom upstairs apartment. May-September, Laughing Place is ONLY available as a 7 bedroom home.

Each bathroom is stocked with a bar of soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet tissue. In the kitchen, you'll find a paper towels and a tablet of dishwashing detergent. Remember to bring along extra toilet tissue, paper towels, and any other necessities.
