This spacious 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom home offers the ultimate luxury and comfort for your vacation getaway. Step inside to find an expansive first floor featuring a large den seamlessly connected to the kitchen, creating the perfect space for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen boasts high-end amenities including a Wolf gas stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a large dining table. Enjoy convenient amenities like a wet bar with an ice maker and mini refrigerator, ideal for keeping your favorite beverages chilled. On the first floor, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, while the second bedroom offers a luxurious king bed and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. Head up to the second floor to discover more inviting accommodations. The third bedroom is a charming space with five twin beds and a bathroom complete with a tub/shower combo. The Primary bedroom, boasting oceanfront views, presents a king bed and access to a serene, screened porch equipped with a TV. Relax and unwind as you take in the picturesque scenery. This bedroom also features a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. The fifth bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a bathroom with a stand-up shower, while the sixth bedroom provides another queen bed and a similar ensuite bathroom. Outside, indulge in the ultimate vacation experience with a refreshing dip in the pool/spa or soak up the sun on the spacious deck with breathtaking ocean views. For added convenience, the property includes an elevator for easy access between floors. There is a $1500 surcharge to heat both the pool and spa, and $500 surcharge to heat the spa only. The surcharge pricing is good for stays up to 7 days.  Please give a 48-hour notice if you would like to heat the pool/spa.

Enjoy a valuable credit during your stay for beach gear rentals if your reservation is for 3 to 21 nights. This property offers a daily credit of $50, which can be used for items such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, beach carts, and more. The choice is yours to make the most of your beach experience!

SAFETY AND SECURITY: For the safety and security of our guests and property, This home is equipped with two exterior security cameras. One camera is located at the front of the home, facing the driveway, while the second camera is positioned at the rear of the property, monitoring the backyard. These cameras are solely for security purposes and do not capture any interior spaces.

MAXIMUM CARS: A maximum of 6 cars is permitted at this property. There is no parking on grass or medians.

Our properties undergo thorough cleaning and sanitization performed by professionally trained and equipped in-house staff, offering enhanced security, quality, and accountability. We do not rely on third-party cleaning companies. Following CDC housekeeping protocols, we utilize approved disinfectants and personal protective equipment. Our properties are private, well-maintained, and undergo stringent hygiene and sanitization measures, providing you with a secure and pristine space exclusively for you and your family. Our linens and towels are laundered and sanitized at our commercial laundry facility.
